I build and secure the platforms other teams ship on — backend, cloud, and applied AI.

Software Engineer – Platform Engineering
Telstra · Pune, India- Developed and maintained robust backend services for authentication and authorization using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS (EC2, IAM, API Gateway), ensuring secure and scalable access for internal applications.
- Led the critical migration from AWS WAF Classic to WAFv2 for all internal Telstra applications, significantly enhancing security posture and threat detection capabilities.
- Architected the WAFv2 integration with AWS services including CloudFront, S3, and CloudWatch, and configured Nginx reverse proxies to establish a comprehensive security monitoring and response system.
The instruments I reach for
Tools I rely on daily to design, build, and ship production systems — by domain.
Building intelligent systems at scale
I'm a Software Engineer at Telstra, where I own platform engineering initiatives spanning secure backend services, cloud infrastructure, and applied AI/ML — taking systems from design through production, not just the parts that are interesting.
That's meant designing secure authentication systems with Java & Spring Boot, leading a critical security migration end-to-end, and building enterprise AI platforms on RAG, LLMs, and cloud-native ML pipelines — the kind of ownership that comes with a few years of shipping systems other teams depend on.
A B.Tech graduate from VJTI Mumbai, I stay sharp outside work too — contributing to Hugging Face Transformers and placing Top 10 at the Google APAC Challenge 2025.
